Less than 1 mile to River North Marina by boat or car for fuel and gear, 3.4 miles by car and closer by boat to Alex City boat ramp to put in your toys. North lake is best for good water and good fishing. Tons of parking. Downstairs master. Nearly level lot with short, gentle slope to the water with 0 stairs from parking to inside home to the boat.
35 miles (40 min) to Auburn.
Modern luxury lake-front home with large master downstairs with large master bath, king bed, two chairs and TV.
Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. One bedroom with great lake views has king. Another bedroom has two queens. Third upstairs bedroom has bunk bed with queen bottom and twin top.

Summary: Enjoyed the layout. So easy to get to the water. Brought our boat. Marina and boat landing close by. Kitchen very well appointed and place felt clean and fresh. One note—the 280 bridge is nearby so you will hear minor traffic. But we chose that location because of that convenience.
