This 2,700sqft home is ideal for groups traveling for weekend events! It is a perfect home-base option for relaxing, sharing meals, cleaning up, and sleeping between events. If your group will be spending most of your time in the house, it is ideal for groups of 14 or less. However, we do have sleeping space for up to 16! Our open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together. And, if you need more space, our large back yard is perfect for games, enjoying the fire pit, and enjoying the Ohio Valley weather!
For guests staying with children, you will be happy to find that we have outfitted our main staircase with baby gates at both top and bottom. Additionally, a number of the cabinets throughout the house have baby-proof locks as well.
**Update** We have made some major improvements to our outdoor space for even more enjoyment! We have put in a 750sqft patio with a covered porch area, and a fire pit area perfect for enjoying well into the evening!
Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage. All appliances are in working order and you are welcome to any that you would need.
We are centrally located to several retail, recreation, and business focused areas of the city, so transportation options are plentiful. Uber and Lyft are very popular options in Louisville, and there are also several taxi services. As an additional option, we may be able to provide a rental car for guests by request!
