Situated on a well-maintained community, this beautiful apartment has a large open-plan lounge/ diner with two sofas, TV and DVD player plus also benefits from free 1 GB fibre optic Wi-Fi, with aircon. Sliding doors lead you from the lounge onto the very spacious private terrace with fabulous views across the meditterranean. The large terrace is a great sun-trap and has ample space for dining alfresco with large table (awning is available to shield from the sun if required), plus the added benefit of a luxurious two-seater sofa and two armchairs and two sun loungers. The south facing terrace has sun throughout the year and is ideal for winter stays. There is a well-fitted separate kitchen plus all the appliances from home – washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle etc. The spacious master bedroom has sliding glass doors leading onto the terrace, a king size bed with aircon, an ensuite bathroom (bath/shower), safe & hair dryer. The second bedroom is a twin room also with aircon, and an adjacent family bathroom with shower. The complex also has two communal pools to choose from.

It is ideally situated for those who want the convenience of amenities and the beach close at hand but also want peace and relaxation. The sea at this end of the Playa (unlike further down where it drops away rapidly) is ideal for children, being only waist deep all the way out to the end of the Quay.
