This Lake Darbonne lake house is 1600sq. ft. It’s a comfy, cozy home with beautiful views. Awesome deck, yard( double lot), boathouse(single boat lift), dock, boat ramp on the property, extra lot next door for parking vehicles and boat trailers, fire pit with wood, 3 kayaks for you to use. ( we have 4 orange life jackets, or bring your own if you prefer). We do not allow parties, events, or gatherings. ONLY APPROVED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY ( your 7 or less ). For liability reasons, we are very strict about this rule and appreciate your understanding. If our place fits your small family or group's needs, we’d love to have you.

Summary: The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. It had lots of nice extras that made our stay even nicer like a dish of snacks, games, and thick throws for late night television watching. Loved our stay and our host was so nice and accommodating!!!
