Positive: Exceptional property and all regards. The host were lovely and prepared us a phenomenal breakfast whenever we wanted every morning. They took our bags to the room and make sure we were comfortable and well set up. They gave us extra heaters to make sure the room was warm. We had a problem with the Internet, which they were prompt to fix. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and it was an exception. Multiple outdoor pools, children’s playground. Beautiful Grounds. Nice little patio with our own private palm tree. The host spoke excellent English and literally bent over backwards to help us.
