Summary: The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.
