Summary: There really are no words to describe the tranquility, beauty, pure outdoor fun this property offers. The pond has more fish than you can imagine to catch. The river is huge with a perfect little “water island” to set up chairs and watch the water flow by. The pool is such a nice reprieve after biking across the 50 acres or working out in the huge yard or cooking on one of the two grills. The house has an impeccable layout - a piano area, a screened in porch with swing chairs that our kids sat in reading for hours, multiple sitting books to wrap up with a book, play board games, put out a puzzle. The kitchen is amazing and the large inside and outside tables were excellent for family meals. Dwayne was as kind and responsive as you could ever ask for. We literally almost cried when we had to leave. This place is so so special. It was about a 40 min drive to Ruby Falls and 50 min to Chattanooga- and super easy!!!! Everyone deserves to have this experience!!! Thank you again Dwayne and Bella!
