Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were polite and prompt, the room was large enough, the common area was beautiful, there was plenty of warm water and the shower was spacious

Negative: Breakfast: They don't bring water during breakfast. We asked if there was any water and they brought 3 bottles of 330ml water, so 1L. No mention of any cost, yet, they charged us 10D for each during check-out. They also had an espesso machine, which they said "feel free to have espesso". We assumed it was free. They again didn't mention any extra cost. They tried to charge us 20D each. Very scammy. Also: bed quality for the 2 middle beds (sofa-beds) was AWFUL, marginally better than the floor. The ventilator in the bathroom was not working, and not enough body soap provision by default; not even when requested. Would normally be a 8/10 rating. But scammy behaviour resulted in a -3. I hope it is not repeated. To whoever is reading this: bring plenty of water, and decline anything offered from them unless they specifically say it is for free.
