Positive: We really liked the breakfasts that were included. The look and feel of the main room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was right in the middle of the Medina.

Negative: There is zero privacy in the bedroom on the main floor as everything can be heard from outside going in and inside going out. There were no bathroom products provided like body soaps, conditioners, and shampoo. When checking out we tried to pay with multiple different credit card using their POS system and it did not work. So you should carry cash with you or know that you’ll need to pay with cash on checking out. The Wi-Fi connection was intermittently in and out. Not great, especially if you need a stable connection for whatever you’re doing.

Summary: Cute riad with very friendly staff but improvement needed.
