Positive: The guy at the reception is very friendly and nice. He waked up at 1.30 am to welcome us and has been supportive through all our stay. The breakfast is good and the facility in general is fine. Good position, 8 minutes walking to the Blue gate, which is one of the entrances to the Medina. Good value for money.

Negative: The decor of the building is very nice, however our room's door was broken and didn't work properly making impossible to lock it from the inside. The bathroom is small, which complicates the movement around and the entrance to the shower, but it's the average size of Moroccan facilities toilets. The room, as well as the building in general tends to be cold and the heater system in the room is not really effective.

Summary: Good value for money. Very close to the Medina!
