Positive: The staff is GREAT. Fatima and Salah were both super nice and helpful.

Negative: The room is pretty tiny and it's absolutely not soundproof so you'll catch yourself whispering to not disturb the other guests, or you might also be disturbed by others talking in the common areas or even in their rooms, since there is not a lot of soundproofing going on.
