Positive: Perfectly adorable, modern bungalow with a retro feel. The curved door ways were an excellent touch!

Negative: Needs a yard light next to the street to find the driveway at night! Between the lack of street lights and glare from the other cars, and abundance of trees, I drove past it a couple of times before I finally found it.
