Summary: Our (non-smoking) room reeked of marijuana. The parking lot is more pothole than not. Sheets (not the blankets) seemed to be freshly washed, but everything else was pretty grimy. My husband spilled some water on the vinyl floor, and the towel I cleaned it up with turned almost black. I went through a lot of Lysol spray and wipes to make it habitable for our one-night stay. The toilet almost never flushed, but the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. There were always a lot of people - many of whom didn't appear to be staying there - milling around outside, but it was surprisingly quiet after dark. I don't think I'd go back, but for the price, I've stayed at worse.
