Summary: Room smelled, I understand pets are welcome but perhaps removing the carpeting in the room would reduce the skunk smell that permeated the room.
Upon arrival I was approached by a homeless man right in front of the office looking for money to buy something to eat. I declined to help but prior to going to my room, I stopped to buy dinner for myself. The man was at BoJangles so I purchased him a meal of his choice.
When I went to my room the key fob didn’t work so back to the office I went. I was assigned another room. Possibly a dead battery in the door. Surprised that this isn’t checked.
4:30 AM went outside the room so my dog could pee. I was again approached by another homeless man. This scared me that right outside my door was this man asking me to buy tools he was selling so his family could stay in their room. I turned him down and promptly returned to my room. About an hour later, I went back outside to allow my dog to urinate since we were interrupted earlier. Thankfully he wasn’t there. The door closed to the room and the key fob didn’t work again. Back to the office and a kind gentleman let me in. He thought the lock might be frozen. I returned to the room and was able get in. The gentleman was walking to my room to assist but since I got in I was set. I then packed up my belongings and went to the lobby for breakfast. Quick bowl of cereal and brought my key to the desk. Told the gentleman about the 2 homeless men. Would I stay here again. Absolutely would not!

Summary: Didn't have what is advertised on hotels.com Supposed to have free breakfast Wasn't included in our reservation because we didn't book directly through them. Supposed to have a hair dryer Nope. It was broken Did have the coffee maker they advertised That was the three things I was looking for. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere The room was a good size and clean
