Welcome to this unique, cozy abode! We live here part of the year with our two cats and dog. If you have any allergies, please keep this in mind when booking. This home features plenty for outdoor relaxation including a furnished, front porch and back screened-in porch with deck. For additional outdoor fun, you’ll also have access to a fire pit and BBQ grill. This home is located in the thriving Central Austin neighborhood of Crestview where you're walking distance from many activities including parks, shops, eateries, and live music.
You will be 2 blocks from the CapMetro Rapid 803 bus leaving every 15 minutes for a 30 minute ride downtown. Or walk half a mile to CrestviewStation to take the train.
Relax in the living room adorned with paintings by local artists and stream a movie or show on the smart TV. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, great for whipping up some of your favorite recipes. We provide central AC/heat for added comfort during your stay, as well as a washer/dryer should you need to toss in a load of laundry after the day’s events.
