Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Easy Entry to Guest House via touch key pad. Terrific communication with Host! Location is quiet and close to many of the natural springs in central Florida. Nice updated furniture and very comfortable. Lot's of natural light. Pool would be refreshing in the warmer months.

Negative: The kitchenette facilities are limited. There are some dishes and utensils provided, fridge and microwave, but no sink other than the bathroom for washing dishes. Pool pump at the back patio door is quite loud and ran 24/7.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and the price was right!
