4 Bedroom House in Mocksville

Less than 10 minutes to Tanglewood park, Yadkin Valley wineries, WinMock at Kinderton, BB&T soccer complex, Davie high school and more! Downtown Winston-Salem and Wake Forest University are both an easy 20 minute drive. The house sits on 10 acres with half acre pond. Large screened in porch overlooks the pond and manicured lawn. Living rooms with smart TVs upstairs and downstairs. 7 zone stereo to stream music from your phone to any room. The long private driveway is perfect for a morning walk with coffee. Plenty of seating on the back porches and dock.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with king bed and en suite with double sinks, shower and jetted tub. Additional bedroom upstairs has queen bed and its own full bathroom. Finished basement has two bedrooms (one with king bed one with queen bed), one full bathroom and a walk out to a large patio. Can supply 2 extra queen air mattress' upon request.

It has been a wonderful experience so far sharing the home to folks passing through or staying in town for events, other than a couple of instances. Due to these, I've had to set a couple strict rules:

ABSOLUTELY NO EVENTS. If you breach this part of our contract which you agree to upon booking, you will be asked to leave. If your interested in event venues close by, I can provide plenty. While there are no cameras inside the house, there are cameras outside to protect both you and I. The property has chickens and ducks that roam freely outside. They wont bother you but if they may be an issue, there are other homes without them. Any questions, just ask!
