Fully renovated in 2017 as a guesthouse, it has a full kitchen with all new appliances, heart pine countertops, gorgeous bathroom with a clawfoot tub [please note this tub has a shower hose feature but no walk-in shower] sleeping loft, wifi, and cozy living space with electric fireplace console. Updated on the inside with an old Alabama feel. Decorated with framed show posters and art by local artists. Large, fully fenced-in yard with locking gate. Plenty of parking. We love dogs... ask about our pet policy! Sleeps 6, open floor plan, private, and peaceful. Owner lives on adjacent property with a shared drive. Very peaceful, yet convenient to charming Auburn and less than 5 minutes from University Staion RV Park. Minutes from the Auburn University Vet School.
