Positive: The hotel is really beautiful, clean and we we’re enjoying every seconds we spent in the hotel! The food was tasty and different every day, there r 3 restaurants and every day we couldn’t decide where to go because it was so tasty everywhere …fresh juice every day in the morning and even lunch time😋The hotel upgraded our room for free and it was a surprise for me , want to say that I’m so thankful to the managers of the hotel and especially to Khalil Yaqout who was very helpful every time and made our small vacation unforgettable! Staff , facilities, our room with amazing view-everything was exceptional! When I booked the hotel I didn’t expect that there r 2 pools with hot water -our baby didn’t want to go out from the pool! And I can recommend spa-I will spend more time in the spa the next time 100%, unfortunately I tried it the last day of our vacation… Another surprise was waiting for us when we came to the room before to go to the airport the last day and we saw the bottle of my favourite wine like a gift from the hotel-I didn’t expect this , it was so nice 🙏delicious cake for our anniversary and all team was dancing and singing for us -it was so lovely !!! We will come back for sure !!!thank u so much for everything! I wish all hotels to have so helpful and kind team!❤️
