Summary: Nice little place to stay in a decent neighborhood with prime location to downtown Dallas. Lots of good food places nearby. Host is communicative with easy and reasonable rules. Outdoor area is nice if you have any pets. Designated parking spot is rough and some over head plane noise will be present. Would stay here again for sure!
