Summary: Overall we were very happy with the property. A few notes for improvement: The location of the smoke detector above the doorway between the kitchen and dining area is problematic. We were unable to use the toaster, oven or cook-top without setting it off. Also, the walk thru door between the garage and back yard is nearly impossible to lock which is uncomfortable since the door between the garage and the house has no lock.
