Positive: Very clean, with kind and helpful staff.

Negative: The location is not shown on Google Maps, which makes it hard to find every time. There is another Riad El Abbasia, and Google Maps often leads to the wrong address. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, only one large towel and one washcloth. The shower was not well separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water flooded the floor when showering. There are no facilities to make tea or coffee in the room. If you ask for tea, you have to pay €2. The room was generally cold. During my stay it was rainy and windy, and cold air came through the door.
