FIRST FLOOR: You will find a master bedroom on the first floor with a private full bathroom, two living areas (one with a gas fireplace), large dining area, new mudroom and powder room, laundry room, and brand new well-equipped kitchen. A gas grill is available for your use in the backyard.
SECOND FLOOR: There are two master suites on the second floor, with the main suite featuring a spa-like vibe with both a shower and beautiful soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath. The second-floor front porch is accessible to all through the upper hallway and provides great views, sunbathing, and relative solitude.
There is convenient off-street parking for four cars. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted. All TVs are ROKU-ready for viewing ROKU TV offerings or streaming whatever premium channels tenants subscribe to.
