Positive: We really liked the apartment’s infrastructure, everything was brand new, it felt like we were the first guests after the renovation! It’s a private apartment in the basement of a house with its own private entrance. The furniture, kitchen, and bathroom were modern and super clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, pans, cutlery... There were mosquito screens on the windows, air conditioning, a TV in the bedroom, soap and lotion, towels... We really appreciated the small details like bottles of water, coffee, and local Washington magazines. The host was kind and helpful, and the place is well-connected by bus.

Negative: The only downside is that there’s not much natural light in the kitchen and living area, but that’s not a big issue if you spend the day out exploring the city. You can also hear a bit of noise from the upper floor, but it’s minor.

Summary: Very new, clean, and well-equipped apartment in a good location.
