Summary: Overall the property was newly remodeled and clean. Everything worked as it should. Beds upstairs, living down. The property manager communicated very clearly (likely the best we have experienced in the US). The only thing that bothered us was it smelled like smoke from the neighboring tenant’s cigarette being drawn through the A/C unit when they stood outside. If you need access to UAMS long term it would be the perfect spot as it is directly across the street and an easy walk.
