Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen (offering regular coffee maker and electric tea kettle options). Here, your inner chef will emerge at an open design that allows for socializing while you whip up your next gourmet meal.Not one or even two, but THREE sitting areas downstairs—to allow guests to spread out and visit in various spaces. A half bath and the laundry room are also downstairs just off the dining space.
Sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. All bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor of the home.
Let's start with the master suite, outfitted with queen bed and a small sitting areas to allow for maximum comfort and privacy.There is a large walk in closet and a fully equipped bathroom attached to the master bedroom.
The second upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a desk that is available for work, and a small closet for your clothes. There is another full sized bathroom at the end of the hall.
What about outside?
You’ll find a private, peaceful landscape with a fully fenced in back yard and small patio to sip your morning coffee.

What about pets?
Unfortunately, this home is NOT pet friendly, and we cannot make exceptions.
We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules. Any guest bringing an ESA will need to pay for the animal as the listing description requires.
What about early check-ins and late checkouts?
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.
Are there any cameras at the home?
We do have cameras that are only motion activated to mainly monitor the home while it is vacant. There is a doorbell camera that only views the walkway, along with a camera at the corner of the garage to monitor the driveway. Finally, there is one camera on the back of the home that overlooks the back gate and the patio door. There are no recording devices inside the home.
Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit. Refundable deposit is $500.00.
What if I come to Greenville often?

What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.
Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
What are StayGVL's office hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.
What do I need to do after booking?
All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.
