'Helton creek cabin' is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, almost 1,500 sq ft cabin. Perfect for the family wanting to come to the mountains to relax, fish, and play in the cool mountain stream. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining room table that seats 6 and a bar that seats an additional 2. The patio door opens to the covered deck with a gas grill, patio furniture, patio table with 6 chairs and a hot tub (4 person) with total privacy. The back deck is right on the state maintained trout stream, Helton Creek. Just imagine grilling out and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub while listening to the creek sounds. Off the back porch is a fenced yard with gate for the kids to play and the dogs to run around. Pets are welcome if the meet the conditions in the Pet Addendum and are charged a nominal fee. This cabin is equipped with a stacked washer and dryer. There are two queen, and one full bedroom on the main floor. Helton creek cabin' has multiple ceiling fans to keep you cool, but also has central heating and air with a gas log fireplace. There are 3 TV's.
