This amazing property is surrounded by over 10.000 square meters of garden, there is a private swimming pool of 20x8 meters which can be heated as well, it is equipped with sunlounges, and umbrellas, in front of pool there is a covered dining area which includes also a bathroom and shower. Guests also have access to the private tennis court.
Villa Dream on its interiors cover over 1500 square meters of elegance and comfort, the villa develops in three different levels, on the ground floor the entrance hall opens to a large living area with fireplace, and elegant sofas, a TV room and games room, there are two different dining rooms with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed.
On the first floor there are 6 large bedrooms of over 18 square meters each, all beds are king size bed, every room has its own private shower room, dressing room and TV.
The basement of the villa features one additional bedroom (dormitory) good for 6 children, this room has a private bathroom as well; a second bedroom for nurse with TV and skylight, separate bathroom. One hammam, one massage room and a kitchen.
The Pool house which is about 150 square meters features a spacious living room with sofas and TV. Well-equipped kitchen, and a king size bedroom with shower.
