Nothing is more fun than soaking in the local scenery and salt air by golf cart!
Also, located only a block away from Starfish Villa are the Carolina Beach Greenway and Mike Chappell Park! This park is an excellent recreational facility for adults and kids alike! The park offers: a playground, skatepark, basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts and baseball/softball fields.
This home boasts gorgeous architectural windows, lovely cathedral ceilings and a balcony to enjoy the beach sunsets. The property provides a small fenced in rear yard with patio and an enclosed outdoor shower. The ground floor offers two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds (full over queen) and the other a queen bed. Both bedrooms have smart TVs mounted and provide closet space for both clothes and luggage. Also located on the first floor are: a large full bathroom with tub (great for the kids), family room with Smart TV, garage access and outdoor patio/grill access.
The upper floor is comprised of the primary suite with a queen bed and en suite with dual sinks, large shower and a walk-in closet. The great room is open to a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen.
