Positive: A little worn in places, but overall a very nice house with spacious living areas and rooms. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. We used the kitchen daily so the kitchen amenities were great -- we especially loved the Nespresso machine! Having an outdoor patio & grill right off of the main living area was useful. In addition, a H-E-B grocery was only a few doors away.

Negative: Kitchen/living room floors were a little dirty on arrival, but everything else was clean. Prefer stainless steel over plastic and Teflon, but at least cooking utensils and pans were in good shape. Ease of casting to the TV wasn't straight-forward, but we figured it out.

Summary: Great place for a larger family or group.
