Summary: Cottage was beautiful and open space in side! We stayed in a 5 bed/5 bath cottage. Plenty of room for our family of 7! The bad: The kitchen fridge leaked water inside from the drink dispenser (we kept a towel inside to help soak it up). The floors were extremely dirty when we arrived! The bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside. We mentioned it to the office and we were told there was a broom and mop in our cottage supplied for us! We had checked for these items and only had a mop and a bucket. They delivered a broom later that evening. Wasn’t looking forward to cleaning the house immediately on vacation. The good: Plenty of space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Showers had body wash and shampoo and conditioners ☺️ Anytime you need extra supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, ect.) the office will have more supplies dropped off to you. The pool area was AMAZING! Heated lazy river was superb! We loved the Shirley temples from the bar next to the lazy river! Plenty of activities to keep kids busy! Staff were friendly! The cafe had delicious coffee, however, the kids were not a fan of the hot cocoa. All in all we would definitely go back! Great location and the pros outweighed the cons!
