Planned 2024 upgrades will include a new refrigerator, new foot wash station on the side deck, new counter stools, new outside seating on the back deck and the Bedroom with a DuoBunk will become a Bedroom with 2 Singles. Upgrades for 2023 included new master bedroom box spring, and a wifi extender to increase efficiency of wifi outside on decks. Upgrades for 2022 included new lamps in the master and queen bedrooms and new Queen box spring. Updated ceiling fixtures. 2021 Upgrades included all smart TVs in bedrooms, great room with smart TV/upgraded internet, new bar stools, new dryer and additional front deck outdoor seating.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Corolla Light Resort owners and guests receive preferred golf rates at The Pointe Golf Club, Carolina Club and Sea Scape Golf Links.
Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
