Our beautiful villa of 280m2 on a property of 7800 M² is fully wooded with its private pool ideally located just outside of Marrakech towards the road to the dam with four golf courses nearby. 16 km in a straight line and slightly removed from the road which allows calm and rest
It consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and three double bedrooms each with shower room. A living room with satellite TV and internet, wood stove and a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine.
It is decorated with a mixed Moroccan and contemporary style
The pool is 12m x 6m and the maximum depth is 1.80m. It is maintained by the gardener once a day and has its own filtration system which takes place at regular intervals throughout the day. It is surrounded by a pool house with lounge, table and lounge chair for your comfort
There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the kitchen which has a fan
A cleaning lady is available two days a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged for 20 euros per day.
