The house features a private elevator, a unique indoor beach shower from the rear entry, a 1st floor sitting area with wet bar, and a Game Room with ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. Includes 2 off street parking spots plus 2 parking permits. A great location, just steps across the street to the beach and public pickleball courts or a short walk to the great shops and restaurants in town!
