Positive: The apartment is big and looks quite new. The space is suitable for a family, though we were just a couple. The seating area in the living room is really nice and could be slept on. The bedroom is comfortable and has good storage. The kitchen is good with a fridge, oven, gas hob and washing machine. Table and chairs too. The balcony in the second bedroom is a nice extra. The management were easy to contact and replied quickly to me. The location is good if you have a car. We walked everywhere and managed ok. Overall we enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone wanting an apartment on a budget.

Negative: Noise: The buildings elevator doors squeak and this can be heard very clearly in the apartment. It sounds like someone is dragging a chair in the flat above. On a few nights we had some noisy upstairs neighbours who were shouting and running around into the early hour of the morning. You can hear car horns from a nearby roundabout too, though that may be normal. Location: Walking to the train station will take about 15 min following Google maps. The roads are not particularly pedestrian friendly so caution is required. Walking to the Grand Soco takes about 40 min. Facilities: There's no microwave. There are no pots to use on the hob. There are no dishes or trays to use in the oven. There were a few handles missing from doors. The apartment wasn't thoroughly clean. These were fairly minor inconveniences to us, but may mean more to others.
