Relax with the whole family at our peaceful place to stay. 23 miles from Airport. Great location - Just miles away from fun entertainment, restaurants, fitness gyms, grocery stores, shopping centers, Atlanta Motor Speedway, and many attractions in south Atlanta!
• Must be at least 23 years old to book. You cannot book this home for someone else. Only guests outlined in reservation are permitted to stay overnight on premise. There is an additional charge of $50 for each additional guest per night. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Smoke-Free Environment which includes hookah and electronic smoking devices! Please refrain from smoking in the home! If guest refuses to comply they maybe ask to leave and/or charge a smoking fee to deodorize the home.
• No Pets Allowed in home or on premises (no exceptions) if violated guest will be charged a fee and/or asked to leave.
• Guests are allowed to park in the driveway that accommodates 2 vehicles. Guests are allowed to park on the street to the left of the driveway; 2 car limit. Please do not park on the right side. Please do not park on lawn or sidewalk, if violated, guest will be fine $100.
• The garage is not available to guests unless reserved for additional fee, please contact host if needed.
• Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be mindful of the noise level as there are neighbors on each side.
• You must have a valid working phone number on file. If we attempt to contact, you and you have an invalid phone number or you do not respond to our messages then that is grounds for the reservation to be terminated with no refund.
• Guest must notify host should they notice any damage or irregularities "Outside normal wear and tear" upon arrival, and it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours and report those issues in writing via Vrbo Messaging. You must also report such damage before the checkout date.
• Stains found on furniture as a result of non-adherence will be assessed an additional clean fee of $100.
• Absolutely NO parties allowed which include small or large gatherings of any kind! A $500 fine will be enforced if violated and you will be asked to leave!
• Please do not wear shoes on carpet especially if rainy weather, if carpet is stain an additional clean fee of $150 will be charged.
• The outside perimeter of the home is closely monitored by video surveillance 24 hours per day. Unplugging or tampering with our security system will terminate the reservation without refund.
• Please clean grill after using it, if left uncleaned additional clean fee of $75 will be charged.
