Summary: We enjoyed a relaxing overnight stay at the Riverview Inn. The property has a charming, historic feel, and definitely fits the “rustic retreat” vibe. The view overlooking the river and mountains is breathtaking. We especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs (really nice touch) on the balcony and using the hot tub while watching the river bend below. Breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good, with warm options and thoughtful touches.
Future guests should know that the inn is located close to I-24, so there is some highway noise. There is a Publix and a Walgreens at the foot of the mountain which was very convenient. It's also located just down from Ruby Falls.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere overall was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the abundance of pillows on the bed, the fluffy white robes, and the in-room Keurig complete with coffee pods, sweeteners, and creamers. The Roku TV was really nice as well, as we could log in to our personal streaming services.
If you’re looking for a cozy, charming place to unwind and enjoy the scenery, especially as a couple’s getaway, this is a lovely spot. We’re glad we stayed.

Summary: The room was amazing with a great view. The hot tube was clean and ready to be used. We meet other guests at the upper fire pit. I think almost every guest came over to say hi. There were S'mores kits for everyone. The morning breakfast was great with a good verity of hot food. This will be a go to stop when ever we pass thru again.

Summary: The balcony view was so beautiful, rhe shower was hot and the bed was super comfy. It was the perfect little place to stay for my hisband and I. We will be back for sure.

Summary: Everything about our entire stay was excellent! No problems, very clean, cozy and well appointed. Enjoyed the Smores after we got the firepit going... with a night time view of Chattanooga. Very comfortable bed and pillows, slept like babies. Wonderful sunrise! Breakfast provided something for everyone and was very tasty. Would have liked to spend more time there... maybe next trip!

Summary: Very cute, updated Inn! Very very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable ive every slept in! The mattress, sheets, and pillows all very comfortable. The toiletries are amazing smelling and very refreshing! The balcony has spectacular views. We absolutely loved our stay in Unit 7 ❤️

Summary: Good rooms but tight space for family. No river view if you get 9 or 10 suite numbers. Difficult if you have luggage to carry down the stairs. Breakfast was decent but no proper riverview from the lower deck was disappointing
