Casa del Sol, es el primer esfuerzo de LUXEVACA en busca de generar una experiencia de lujo en Perú, para darle al publico del mundo, pero sobre todo el Peruano, estándares de atención al detalle y servicio "white-glove" en un ambiente lujoso, moderno y super bien estoqueado; pero a la vez hemos hecho acogedor y queremos que lo sientas muy tuyo. La idea es que sientas que por unos días vives la vida que mereces en una casa que es tuya, por el tiempo en el que la habites. Casa del Sol ha sido edificada pensando en el medio ambiente y la energía renovable, cuenta con un sistema solar y de baterías que no solo le dan poder a la casa, pero que además recibe el poder del dios de los Incas y lo transmite a sus habitantes. Tenemos un jardín botánico que en su primera cosecha nos dará las especias para sazonar la pesca del día. Casa del Sol es el sueño ambicioso de llevar al Norte nuestra experiencia lograda ya en LUXEVACA Carmel California, en donde abrimos la primera oficina y manejamos casas de Lujo para clientes importantes como Clint Eastwood (Gran Torino), hospedamos en nuestra casa a Team Nike Golf, Mc Laren F1 Zak Brown, VP MGM, Benny Blanco, Rolls Royce, etc.
Frente al mar de Grau, al norte del Perú, en una construcción 650 metros cuadrados, te esperamos para celebrar, relajarte, aislarte o trabajar de manera remota. Queremos que te sientas como en casa, y que eventualmente regreses como si estuvieras regresando cada vez a tu segundo hogar, te lo mereces después de todo tu arduo trabajo.
La casa cuenta con 6 habitaciones en-suite, 6 baños completos, 2 tinas interiores, piscina temperada (Aforo: 20 personas. Profundidad máxima: 1.70 m, con zonas menos profundas), jacuzzi, sauna y gimnasio, además de una sala de Televisión, sala de masajes y un trampolín a nivel del piso.
Nada es más preciado que los momentos felices…Te ofrecemos nuestra casa para que construyas memorias y regreses siempre. Si logramos que regreses, habremos cumplido nuestro objetivo. Esta casa es Kid friendly, Pet friendly y las ceremonias pequeñas de no más de 20 personas son bienvenidas.
