Location, Location, Location. Turn left out of our driveway and the town of Bryson City is less than a mile. Turn Right and the Deep Creek area/GSMNP is just a little over 1 mile. Our rental complex is divided into 3 completely separate & private Apartments. In addition, the local recreation park is a couple hundred yards away. The rec park has a Pool, Playground, ball fields and walking trails.
Apartment can sleep 6 people with 2 Bedrooms each with a King Bed and a twin Daybed with a twin Trundle Daybed underneath it in the Living Room. Large Master Bathroom with 2 Separate Vanities, 1 Tile Walk-in Shower, 1 Shower Tub Combo, and toilet. Additionally, there is half bath in the apartment.
Guests have 2 private parking spaces and upon request a 3rd space may be available. Guests also have access to the large flat front and back yards.

Summary: We were a group of motorcyclists from Quebec (Canada) and we rented the house for 4 nights. The house was perfectly located for the rides we had planned in the area (Tail of the Dragon, Waya Rd, Moonshiner 28, etc.). The house is located less than 5 minutes from downtown Bryson City where we could find all the useful businesses. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded to all our requests quickly. The only negative point was that we should have had access to a washer and dryer, since we were there for 4 nights.
