Dial Dr is a spacious, private, beautiful and fully furnished brick two-story home in a quiet neighborhood in Stone Mountain, GA. The property has a beautiful layout and a private backyard with an extra-large pool and hot tub, multi-level porches and decks, and its serene and tree-filled surrounding offers a true resort style experience to its guests. This property is just 5.4 miles (about 12 minutes) to the Stone Mountain Park, 20-30 minutes to the Buckhead Area, about 30 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 20-30 minutes to Downtown and Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (all Downtown) and experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant and nightlife scene in Midtown. By being close to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, etc.).
This is a 5 Bedroom (7 Beds) home with 3 Full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Entertainment Area with Foosball Table, Office Space and Laundry Room. It has a large inground private pool, a hot tub, and a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ gas grill, all within a fully fenced-in private backyard. There’s a covered sitting porch off the living room offering beautiful 270-degree views over the backyard and pool area. This property sleeps 12 people.
The layout is as follows (see video link):
1. The Main Level consists of a large open floor plan with hardwood flooring, including an open Kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, Dining Area, Living Room with TV, and access to the covered back porch, as well as an Entertainment Area with Foosball Table and Office Space. The Main Level also includes a Full Hallway Bathroom (walk-in shower with glass doors), 1 Master King Bedroom with TV and Full Master Bathroom (walk-in shower with glass doors), 2 additional Queen Bedrooms, 1 additional Bedroom with 2 Single Beds and a Bunk Bed (Twin on top, Full on bottom), and a Laundry Room off the kitchen with entry from the driveway. The Main Level can sleep up to 10 guests.
2. The Finished Basement Level (with lower 7 ft ceilings) consists of a Queen Bedroom with access to the backyard deck, a Living Room with TV, and a Full Bathroom (combination tub/shower insert, with very low 5' 5.5" ceiling beams). The Lower Level can sleep up to 2 guests. The Basement Level and the Main Level are connected through a narrow (21" wide) staircase from the hallways.
3. Outside Area features a large circular driveway with side entrances to Laundry Room. The private fully fenced-in backyard includes a large deck with outdoor furniture, private inground Pool, a Hot Tub, and lounge chairs (only in summer season). The SWIMMING POOL is only open in the summer months from the last weekend of April until the last weekend of September and is not heated. HOT TUB is open all year long. The outside area also includes a deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ gas grill as well as a covered sitting porch off the Main Level Living Room with outdoor furniture. NOTE: backyard shed is private maintenance shed.
Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by Management in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $500/pet (NON-refundable), some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see below) are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in a charge against your full Damage Deposit.
As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 1 outdoor security camera on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the seating area.

*Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “SLEEPS” 12 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 14 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 12 people total.
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate eviction of the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.*
