Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was clean and kept up. Beautiful view of the lake and close to the strip, shopping and entertainment.

Negative: Unfortunately we had a family above us that came in Saturday evening around 1:30 am extremely loud and did not adhere to the noise policy. Fumbled around and kids bouncing balls for about an hour. Sunday evening we had the same issue with the apartment beside us, which I believe was originally part of the apartment. It seems the unit has been split. They stood outside the door for the longest time. The apartment was clean and worked for our event. There is no kitchen. Microwave, coffee machine and fridge was provided. Small bowls and plates were provided, however, I would suggest plastic silverware at least. The door lock needs lubricant as the key is very difficult to turn, would hate for that to break off in the lock.

Summary: It was fine, however, would like more privacy.
