Fully renovated in 2023, it features two lovely bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a large, sunny terrace.
This property is available exclusively under a ‘mobility tenancy’ – a furnished tenancy agreement lasting between 1 and 10 months – reserved for people in situations of temporary mobility (studies, training, work placements, professional assignments or transfers, etc.). The flat is situated on the ground floor of a traditional Marseillais building, the famous ‘3 fenêtres marseillais’ style. You’ll love its peaceful atmosphere and abundance of natural light. As you enter the flat, you’ll find the shower room on your right. You then enter the living room and its dining area. To the right is the separate, fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room or the kitchen.
On entering, to the left, you will find the sleeping area with its two bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed.
