Positive: The house was an elegant 1950s(?) property in its own beautiful private garden, with some lovely objets d'art and harmonious decor. The manager (Carole) and staff (Fatima & Hassam) were very helpful and efficient and couldn't do enough for us. The bed was comfortable, as was the salon, and the place felt very secure. We had a good breakfast each morning, and one evening meal, also very good, and the glace nougatine was the best I've ever tasted.

Negative: We were there in March, and found our bedroom to be definitely on the cool side, although spare blankets and duvet were provided. There was a beautiful swimming pool in the garden, also cool, but not impossible for swimming.

Summary: An oasis of peace in a lovely area and with a warm welcome
