Summary: The key machine was down, and I didn't have a key to my room the entire stay. Every time I needed to get into my room, the staff had to open the door. No one came to clean the room or replace the towels. (I had to ask every day) No one cleaned the room, no one came to bring towels, but yet when it was time to check out they're at the door. Now y'all worried about what's going on in the room?
