Positive: Beautiful classy facility! Gorgeous grounds, pool, bar and spacious rooms. Great garden and courtyard. Kind but chaotic and confused staff !

Negative: We know it was New Year’s Eve. As to be expected party preparations were top of mind! But things were chaotic and hectic. We were informed upon arrival that for 800 MAD per person we could have the dinner in a camp 10 minutes from the hotel which we decided not to take ( traveling with an elderly person). The remaining staff tried hard to satisfy our needs but ended up eating cold food for a hefty amount. Breakfast was soso… to be a palace train your staff better. make sure tables are swiped after clients have used them, and dishes are cleaned and not piled up in the corner of the main counter. When serving black tea do not think about charging for additional hot water. Toilet did not work in the room.
