Positive: I liked the spacing on the suite, that's about it.

Negative: The first disappointment was that we found out the pool was out of service. That's one reason we picked this hotel. The hotel had a bad smell to it. Our room was filthy. There was brown splatters on the wall in the kitchen and living room area. The couch was dirty. She sheets were dirty and so was the mattress. In the living room when I used the stick to move the curtains it literally fell off and hit me in the head. The thermostat battery was low. Our room was freezing. It took me awhile how to figure it out. The soap and lotion in the bathroom are just old , you can tell it hasn't been cleaned or changed. I think someone did the bare minimum to clean this room. The breakfast area hot water dispenser was dirty and had black flakes coming out of it. The fridge did not close all the way, you had to push it shut. The dresser drawers literally would not stay closed. They kept coming back open.
