Situated on the 3rd floor of the historic Brent Lofts (elevator access included), this condo offers the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. With chic finishes, thoughtful amenities, and unmatched walkability, it’s an ideal home base for work, play, or a little of both.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one, as work will be done 24/7. Please bear in mind when booking any reservations Jan-June, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Entry to the Lofts should not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. This particular condo DOES NOT overlook Palafox, but we would like to be transparent about the work occurring around the property. Thank you!***
