The house is a spacious open floor plan, artfully and comfortably decorated, with 4 downstairs bedrooms and a spacious loft that sleeps a total of 11-12 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms have queens, and the loft has a trundle bed and futon for sleeping 3 adults comfortably or 4 children. The loft is accessible by a spiral staircase. There is an expansive back porch with panoramic views of the Hill Country, great for bird watching, entertaining, watching the outdoor TV, or relaxing.
