- Parties or large gatherings are not allowed.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. If animals are brought into the home, there is a $350 fee.
- No use of illegal drugs, including marijuana, in the apartment or on the premises of the property.
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors. Violations of anything that leaves odors of anything smoked in the house will result in the cost of cleaning fees and the cost of our time hiring services. A $350 charge will be assessed if there is evidence that this policy has been broken.
- Unapproved, or previously not discussed late check-outs will be charged $60 per hour in 15 minute increments. If you would like a late check out, message us by 10 a.m. on check-out day to see if we are able to accommodate.
