Starting around noon, the huge tree supplies shade for 80% of the backyard and pool and last throughout the rest of the afternoon.

Please treat our home and neighborhood as you would your own. The pool heat is an additional $150 per day with a 2 day minimum. It is not necessary to heat the pool from June 1st to October 1st. The pool can not be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees at any time during your stay.
